The Council have now begun harassing Antoinette.
Antoinette has been on the sleeping on the street outside the Dun Laoghaire County Council office for 30 days now.
She is ill and becoming more ill from the cold weather.
Her 3 young children are being deprived of their mother
The mother and 3 children are being deprived of a home by Dun Laoghaire County Council.
This is like Ireland of the Fifties where families and children were routinely abused by the state
Now they have started harassing her.
A porter approached her and accused her of dumping rubbish in the Council buildings.
The housing officer (Clifford) went over the tapes in full view of the public to see if it was Antoinette who dumped the rubbish.
These ruthless people must be removed from the housing section.
I think Antoinette must use the section of the Good Friday Agreement, which requires the state to act positively to ensure that the rights of Irish citizens are not infringed.
An action against the Dun Laoghaire County Council could be brought on the basis that Antoinette has been subjected to “inhuman and degrading treatment” by being denied a suitable home for herself and her children and is living under harassment by the council staff.
If there is a decent lawyer out there willing to help please come and visit Antoinette or call her at 086 405 9655

Antoinette's situation seems to be becoming ever more dire. Any chance of an update on the campaign launched in support of her?
