DPFOC and WhatsWhat.ie team up to offer free SEO workshops to Irish SMEs.

category national | education | press release author Monday September 24, 2012 06:16author by Neil O'Brien - DPFOC Report this post to the editors

DPFOC, one of Ireland's leading SEO companies has teamed up with WhatsWhat.ie, one of Ireland's leading business directories, to offer free SEO workshops to Irish SMEs.

DPFOC, one of Irleand’s leading online marketing agencies, and WhatsWhat.ie are pleased to announce that they have launched a joint initiative to provide free SEO work-shops to Irish SMEs. The workshops were the idea of Barbara Gordon, managing director of WhatsWhat.ie. WhatsWhat.ie already provides a host of online marketing services to clients including web design, inclusion in the WhatsWhat directory as well as running social media workshops. However, Barbara was continually being asked by her clients “how can I get my website to rank well on Google.” The ongoing requests prompted Barbara to find a reputable SEO company to see if she could convince them to provide a free SEO workshop for her clients. Barbara found DPFOC after searching for “seo services” and “seo Dublin” and finding DPFOC ranking on top of Google.ie. She explained the situation to Eddie O’ Driscoll, MD of DPFOC, who immediately loved the idea and advised he and his team would do whatever they could to help. Both companies are delighted to announce the inaugural free workshops which will be held in Bray and Dublin in early October.

The workshops are aimed at novices to SEO and assume no prior SEO knowledge. The Bray workshop will be held in the Wilton Hotel (formerly the Ramada), Bray on the 3rd of October from 2pm-5pm. The Dublin workshop will be held on the 10th of October at the Metro Hotel, Dublin from 2pm-5pm. Places are limited as the workshops are totally free of charge. Registration is by email to barbara@whatswhat.ie
