it is proposed by the DCBA that cleaner streets and no graffitti lead to less crime.

To this end, Dublin City Council is unanymous in wanting to go into partnership with them.

Two elements to anti-graffitti plan: a)., a third machine for "cleaning" the walls, and b)., employing proffessional artists to do murals, because, " If we paint on side of buildings, graffitti artists don’t like defacing other artists work, so this’ll stop ‘em…"

At 3:30 pm, Two Hours of Speaker's Square began in Temple Bar Square, Dublin City. Three regular speakers and one by-stander held forth on various issues, and interjections from many (of the up to 20 audience), were numerous.

Following the style set by the 'Horgan' judgement, the High Court has denied all the reliefs sought.

Eoin Dubsky (the Shannon Warplane Redecorator) launched this Judicial Review proceedings in late 2002 to prevent the Government continuing to participate in and facilitate the War in Afghanistan.
